Yes, I also received an email telling me my order was lost. This is very frustrating. I even didn't mind the wait as I kept telling myself things are just being sorted out for this first batch.

I don't feel like exchange or reimbursement is enough in this instance because of the long wait. Even when a seller messes up my order on eBay, I have always gotten extra stuff to make up for it.

Oh well, a sad end to a long wait.
