A friend of mine asked for my recent replays so I figured I might as well post them here. I'd describe myself as a more unorthodox player and I like to try out strats on the fly so you'll see me getting rolled sometimes
There aren't any names I recognize from the list except for joseki (I think it was legit, idk). edited with 2 ladder games with stalife

edit: As for my skill level, I was something like high 1800s plat before diamond came in and hit about 600 before the last reset. I don't mass game on ladder so right now I'm sitting at 300 with 19-1 record.

I thought this was kind of fun, it was a ZvZ game that started out with the usual Baneling wars. He got Mutas before me and killed my expo so I was way on the backfoot, so I decided to just mass Queens for the hell of it. It actually worked somehow.
(The replay thing lists it as a 2v2 for some reason but it's actually just a 1v1. Also I realize I was playing like ass at the start, my girlfriend asked me to open a bottle of wine for her so I was trying to multitask :-p).
I just wanted to share these since I expect not everyone visits ygosu and playxp to hunt for replays. There's 16 replays in total, uploaded by JupitEr, King王짱 and 영웅본색, featuring them versus a range of oGs, Prime and Zenith players for the most part. No doubt someone could make a case for these being brag replays but I think they still make for great viewing as the standard of play on show is pretty damn high.
Does anyone know or have a replay that is a solid protoss opening? I'm new to the game and wanted to practice it using the build tester. I know I can download loads of pro-player replays, but it's hard to know if they are doing a standard opening or something clever.
The general opener as I understand it is: 9 probes: Pylon 13 probes: Gateway 14 probes: Assimilator 15 probes: Cybernetics Core From there you do what you want.

edit: Just to clarify, if you can borrow a friends account to download&install the game LEGALLY, you can watch replays without having to login. Hopefully I'm not breaking any TL rules here, just trying to be helpful.
There is a way to play SC2 with out battle net since it is down.
here is my self found guide
First open up SC2 map editor IT should be in the SC2 file in program files. Once it is opened. Hit file, and test document. It doesnt matter if the document is blank . This is just to create a Test folder in the maps where you will place your maps after.
If you download a map for sc2 from a website like http://sc2.nibbits.com/maps/ You can save the map file in your program files under Computer> OS> Program Files >Starcraft II beta > maps Then load up the map editor and find the desired map you wish to play. Make sure that the map has the extension of .SC2MAP
it should appear in the load menu of your SC2 editor. Open up the map and you can see clearly the map you wish to play in the editor. Now if you wish to change the settings of your test trial just hit Map > Player Properties > and make all the player slots computers except for 1. Make sure to hit COmputer AI
NOw hit file > test document and you can play the game against computers without battlenet.
This way you can play SC2 all you want against computers even tho Bnet is down. Good luck have fun
Hey guys, sorry for the completely newbie question...
I am obviously a MAC user, however am struggling immensely to get this to work.
I downloaded Mapcraft as suggested in other threads. I also downloaded the Behemoth AI, that has the .SC2MAP ending. After installing Mapcraft and placing Behemoth.SC2MAP in my SC2 folder (For some reason I cant find a maps folder).. simply clicking Launch on Mapcraft doesn't load anything.
Is there a particular directory these files need to go into? If someone could take the time to explain how and where I need to place these files in order to play vs this AI would be fantastic.
Thank you so much, I am really looking forward to getting this AI to work so I can practice offline.
