While I am a Bisu fan, I just LOVE Fantasy. He is just brimming with creativity and he plays so differently from everyone else. Both in TvP and TvZ (I don't really watch TvT much so I don't have much to say on that). People used to bash him for just playing mech TvZ, but he has proven time and time again that he is far more flexible than that. He really is the Neo-Emperor. I don't care if he never wins a Starleague title. He turned Terran from being that robotic mechanical race ("all terrans look the same on paper") to something with a lot of flexibility and a lot of options, much as Boxer did when he made the seemingly "weak" race seem dominant. I also feel Fantasy is far more unpredictable than Bisu, and I feel the lack of predictability really shakes Jaedong up. I was hoping for a Fantasy vs. Jaedong ace and I am glad I got it ^^ On August 09 2009 01:08 Avidkeystamper wrote: Plenty of BeSt fans called that a cheesy all in. I would say that the majority consensus was that JulyZerg played the most brilliant psychological move ever, because he managed to take the series even after FAILING the cheese. Though I guess it depends on how you perceive the majority.

Hi Sari! CAPS ! On August 09 2009 00:22 clazziquai wrote: Maybe if CJ played SKT proleague would have been very epic. I feel robbed by Oz. Great job SKT<3 Its your right to feel bad when your team is losing. Its not like CJ doesnt have a dominant player that abuse the "Ace" format of the proleague...

Just read Disciple's posts alone in that thread for pure gold. ;(

Remember that Jaedong went 9 pool, but failed because fantasy caught him off guard with killing that overlord. Jaedong wasn't exactly playing standard either.

People are right in saying there are some younger players with potential on Oz. Cho needs to give them more chances, and the former IS might very well become a strong all-around team. Jaedong loses and Oz gets 3 other wins, delivering us Fantasy vs. Jaedong to win it all. I'd say the format worked perfectly fine. We got a series of ace matches between the best players on each team, who should have a bigger impact on the series than the hyuks and hiyas. You would rather the games be settled by Movie vs. Juni instead of Effort vs Stork? You're out of your fucking mind. Margin of victory for each day is irrelevant, and should be. It's the same as in any other sport. If a team of pure snipers and no superstars made their way to the finals, you'd all still be bitching because your team lost.

They both cheesed, but crying about it is stupid. It's disappointing that we didn't get a 40 minute game, but they're all legit strats.
