Thus Canata for Bacchus 2009. Errmm, Who did July face again, when he won HIS golden mouse?? As previously mentioned, that was a sneak-attack-outta-nowhere-return-to-glory, exciting tourney with some sweet games, whereas this would be just more of the same monotony and totally expected.
Which doesn't answer his question at all. Good try, but now answer the question. Who exactly was it that July faced when he won his golden mouse? :p

Wow, half of the OSL is Hite. That's pretty ridiculous.
I'm expecting a YellOw[ArnC] vs. Jaedong finals. Or a Leta vs. Jaedong finals.
As long as the finals is NOT go.go vs. Canata, I'll be somewhat pleased.

Yarnc/JD and go.go/Canata aren't possible finals because of the bracket structure. Both could happen in the semis.
I'd say the winner of JD/Fantasy in the Ro8 should be a heavy favorite for the rest of the tournament.
I think I'm also going to become a Flash anti-fan after last night >.> Cheese is part of the game and all, but really, proxy BBS when winning the game isn't going to do you any good? I wouldn't mind if he'd just played straight up and won, but cheesing Effort out of the OSL when it profits him nothing feels lame to me.

He cheesed just because the game didn't matter to him. He just wanted to finish it as quickly as possible. Why should he play standard macro game which will last over 20 min if he can just cheese and lose or win in 5? Really understandable and not suprising at all that he cheesed.

Uggg all Sparkyz advanced now they have to kill each other in the quarter finals.
Is there a set structure for the semi finals?

that hype of the amazing record effort had is gone....he had to prove himself in the SL and show that he is not even nearly as dominant as someone like oov....

Are you looking at different brackets than everyone else?

I attempted to address the source of the question, since I'm sure he's plenty smart enough to use TLPD. If not, I'm sorry for him.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CANATA IN TVT
I want Golden Mousuu or Loyal Loaduluu for this OSL. Or type-B/Yarnc As long as the SKT T1 Terrans dont win Im content I guess. go.go would be hilarious, but its extremely unlikely.
WTF@4 Sparkyz players in top 8.
Leta vs JD or ZerO for the final! Leta needs to elevate his play further to compete with JD though.

You are not being clever.
The issue was addressed as it was a pot shot at BeSt sucking horridly at PvZ which no one really cared about. July came from nowhere to win a golden mouse... that's why it was so epic. No one cares who his opponents were.

Oh please. A progamer who can't deal with cheese isn't fit to be in the OSL. And a KeSPA-sanctioned match still goes on your record; no point in just rolling over.
And there's simple pride; I'm certainly wouldn't drop out of the OSL 0-3 for no reason.

I would like to remind you that Effort choose to put Flash in his group. Sure, he couldn't do anything about Jaedong seeking vengeance against him, but it was Effort's choice to play Flash.
He paid the price for his hubris.

Rooting for Zero, Canata, or type-b. Kinda sad that Im a terran fan and literally dislike every terran in the ro8. Zero vs Jaedong is lame as hell.. Wish Hwasin made it so atleast I could root for Zero vs yarnc and hwasin vs jaedong...but no...hwasin fails and dooms zero, gj guy.
If there is anytime for Zero to pull a miracle its now.
Also effort ugh... I mean hindsight is 20/20, but could he really not have forseen Flash not cheesing or allining when A) Hes eliminated B) Its Holy World, why would even try to play a long standard game. In reality Flash gave effort a gift, easy win as long as you defend, either way Flash goes home quickly. Effort dropped the ball guys, just admit it, I too would liked to have seen him advance over JD or Yarnc but oh well.

ohh a day of failures... bisu... noooo
