I mean, there's like 50+ known players of each race, is it really the case that you can safely narrow it down to ONE just by looking at hotkeys? I find it a bit surprising. | ||

I find it a bit surprising. every single progamer has a unique hotkey pattern. Once you find the progamer, matching the replays is easy. The hard part is going through hundreds of replays to compare the hotkeys. The uniqueness stems from not only what number they place on a unit or building, but also the time in which they do it. Most progamers are like robots, and will always do specifc hotkeys at exact times. So, for example, savior ALWAYS hotkeys his hatches 1-4, and then also he always hotkeys a larvae to 5 at around 50 seconds into the game. This is common among his replays, and it's a unique signature that lets you know without a doubt it's him. The same goes for MOST progamers. Sometimes you are right, and it's a bit cloudy, but even then, there are small differences. | ||
