If he passed in the OSL, he should prepare for both leagues and got fail in both. Now he can win at least one, it's always better than nothing.

Turns out he just does that as part of his gameplan I guess. Maybe he's trying to pull of something like terror tactics that July is known for making people that play him cautious. Just really stubborn, unadaptive play... dissapoints.
