Just to give viewers a rough idea of what to expect in this season:
The format of CSL is Swiss. There will be five rounds of Swiss cutting to top eight single elimination finals. We will be in contact with TL on a regular basis to make provisional standings (after every round) and round pairings available ASAP.
If new schools are interested in participating in future CSL events, send us an email at cstarleague@gmail.com, indicating you wish to stay informed and we will add you to our mailing list, and if you have already have a roster, we will accept that too.
CSL is working with partner Voice of ESports, LLC to give you guys quality video commentaries of close matches.

day's computer exploded so we were playing on this ghetto laptop setup of mine with a wireless keyboard stacked on top of a textbook and he was also using my mouse. (day's avg apm during the two games were significantly lower [190 and 230] than what it normally is [300+])
hopefully next time he'll be on his normal desktop and he can play to his full ability.
gg rutgers... we'll get you next time...

It was tough... we got organized really late, players were missing, and we forfeited the first match cuz we submitted our roster late... lots of excuses but the main thing is we just didn't prepare well and didn't execute. There were some really good close games in the 2nd and Ace sets though and Emory just showed up ready today and we didn't. It was fun to meet some other SC players at Stanford though.

oh sorry i intended for it to be funny <3
i'm still violently irritated at myself for the games going so poorly jfkldsghjsaklfjdsalgkhafjklas.
i'm reformatting as we speak t.t

...its really no one's fault that rutgers was only available to play at 9pm PST... which is 12am EST... we still submitted the results before 12am PST.
anyway i propose east and west divisions due to time zone problems etc. unless the west division schools are too imba

Rutgers probably strongest team right?? Nesh is so good....I think Capo is good too since he was like C+
|
Yay Rutgers Yay~!
I am currently playing for Rutgers w/ id [RUTGERS]_OTL. My rank in iccup is C- but I am pretty sure that all of my teammates are better than me. No surprise that we got lots of attentions.
|
Yeah the rules can be rough sometimes, we (OSU) won all 5 matches, but had to "forfeit" the 2v2 because one player who was in the lineup for the 2v2 didn't show up, so we only win 4-1 vs university of victoria
The league is really fun though.
hey btw the OSU vs uvic result isn't posted on the site, what's up?
|
If the Atlanta teams ever need a player at the last moment you can PM me I guess. If that's allowed by the rules that is.
I've met Ideas irl at the GT lan last semester. I go to Georgia State and don't play sc that often anymore/know the new maps which is why I didn't bother joining CSL in the first place.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: Another GEORGIA Team straight out of the heart of downtown Atlanta.....
