Jangbi will get that title some day. He is unlucky to have run into the same bonjwa in consecutive finals ![]()

If Bonjwas don't get eliminated from OSL (where Bisu is in, in case you didn't notice) then how come all the previous Bonjwas only managed to win one OSL during their reign? That's right. They DID get eliminated. How many times during each respective bonjwa's periods of dominance were they eliminated from both major individual leagues? I'm not entirely certain here, but I would guess the number is pretty low. It's funny how a back injury can take us from "bisu is out of both starleagues" to "BISU 4 BONJWA!!!" Tell me, how many scrubs have eliminated BoxeR from a starleague? How many titles does he have? How many people knew FBH before he creamed sAviOr? More importantly, since when is going 6-0 luck in a tournament embedded in OSL rules? You're missing the point entirely. A bonjwa is someone who is the dominating player for a given period of time. How could he be the dominant player if he was out of both leagues? There'd be nothing left for him to win. I'm not the one acting like the opponents' name value matters, so I don't see why you would even bring that up. And the "luck" was in BackHo's injury, not Bisu's performance. I'm just saying, if BackHo hadn't been injured then nobody would even be giving the slightest consideration to calling Bisu a bonjwa. Show nested quote + But the debate itself is pointless in my opinion, we're not the ones who are going to decide whether he's worth the title one way or another. Troll bait + attempted moral high ground = fail ...moral high ground? I'm saying the Starcraft community is in Korea, if the Korean community remembers him as a top player that won a few starleagues and never achieved bonjwa status then TL's Bisu fanclub is not going to somehow convince them otherwise. I have no idea how you construed it the way you did.

1) +1 upgrade finished for him, giving his units a definite "cutting" edge. 2) Excellent storms. If you rewatch, the third storm, which is thrown into the middle of Jangbi's force, hits a BUNCH of zealots running through. Thus Jangbi's frontline is melting extremely fast. 3) Misposition with some goons at the bottom getting overrun by zealots while Bisu's goons were safely behind that Zealot wall. Some units also apparently kept on attacking the Nexus at 9, and others were headed for the natural as reinforcements. 4) Late unloading of Reavers and precise storming of their drop location. All these factors converged to make a 190 vs. 180 battle turn into a 170 vs. 110 situation.

grats bisu - You are the first protoss in the world to have 4 wins. ▲ I am very happy. I expected a very rough finals. Last time on proleague, ever since I lost the game I was very nervous of what would happen today. At first it was difficult. My condition was fine, but the setting inside the booth wasn't as good as I expected. The curtain noises was so loud inside the boothe I kept letting my mind drift away instead of microing. But the coaches made me focus. - You seem to have been very uncomfortable about the booth rather than the game ▲ The booth was so bad. I couldn't hear the commentating, but the booth kept shaking and it was incredibly annoying. It was very hard to focus because of outside sounds. - You are the first protoss to win 4 tournaments ▲ I am very grateful I became the first protoss to do this. It was a huge burden on me, but I am glad everything worked the way it was. - How did you feel about playing jangbi ever since the proleague game ▲ His skill was very good just like before. Even today, I felt like I was being dragged around during set 1 and 2. I think I got really lucky today. - You were very aggressive. ▲ I was always known to do more shuttle control during my games, so I decided to switch it up and focus on ground troops more than shuttle reliance. I thought my opponent would read me so I had to change my style for today. - You defeated Jangbi in Clubday ▲ Today was not a repeat of MSL for me. Today's concept for me was "Can I change?" It was a big risk, and something that shouldn't of been done, even for experienced players. When I saw Jangbi today, he wasn't nervous at all and I felt like today won't be an easy day. At set 4 I was going to 4 gate all in, but I just had this feeling my opponent will do it too so I changed my strategy. I eventually won, and I think it was my experience to this game that won it. - You still aren't hearing the name "Bonjwa", how do you feel? ▲ I was asked this before. Honestly, I don't really want to hear it. When I saw bonjwas in my eyes, they all rised to the top, and toppled down to the abyss. I don't want to be a bonjwa, rather I want to be that guy who was good and didn't fall into the abyss. - You have probably the best ability out of all progamers to make good strats per set ▲ I believe the first game is the most important game of everything. I make it so I cannot lose the 1st set. 2~4 sets I plan like every other progamer. Whenever I think of a strategy, I think how well would it work and how enjoyable it is. - in 2 weeks, you will face Jaedong in the "Battle of the Best" (OKAY WTF WHY DIDN'T I HEAR ABOUT THIS) ▲ I think it will be very fun. I have never played a full set against Jaedong, and this will be the first. So I am very excited for this. I don't know what to do yet, but it is both our favorite MUs so it will be something to watch. - How do you think you will do? ▲ If I take the first set against jaedong, I think I can 3:0 him. However, this is ONLY when I take the first game, ONLY. - So what will you spend the money at ▲ Im going to buy dinner for my team. The rest, is for personal use. - 2009, how many individual wins do you think you will get? ▲ Ofcourse I want to win everything, but in such a competitive environment like this, it is almost impossible. Although I won't be able to win everything, if there was one thing I would want to win over everything, it would be the OSL. - You should be really happy about your fans ▲ I am always happy. They really cheered loudly for me. I feel bad for my fans because I couldn't do much for them these days. I want to be a progamer who also treats his fans. - Any last words? ▲ I want to thank my team mates today. At set 1, Crank gave me a build and set 3, BeSt gave me the build. Their help was very big today. And finally, I want to say, Rather than being the best progamer, I will be the progamer who gives it his all.
