This just means that Jaedong is broken. The map might be broken too, but we only know for sure about jaedong.
Blue storm had the same problem- There was an argument (compelling if you looked at all the zvt and zvp games on Blue storm) that jaedong and luxury made the map imbalanced. If you take away jaedong and Luxury on Blue storm, the map comes out looking a lot more even (in zvt and zvp).
