His observer is still scouting out Stork and watching any and every movement. I would guess Stork goes for one more condensed attack and then GGs out if it fails.

He has a solid lead of nearly 20 supply now. Bisu crosses the T and Stork retreats his goons by now. He STILL hasnt set up an expansion. Bisu getting superb scouting in with his observer. Two reavers and many goons, but no shuttle yet.
