WCG Korea can be found on youtube, man. just search WCG Korea 2008 or something like that. Check out Jon747 and Nevake channels too.

The Qualficatiion was televised. You don't want to release a replay of a game that you can broadcast with your commentary and in your studio all over again, as it would decrease its attractivity for viewers.

Sorry man but they really don't release them :-(
They are rarely released...and then only cause some guy jacked them usually. You should check out rep section here or repdepot, or the various replay sites (some chinese, some korean). It's in Haji's thread:
