It completely depends on the teams, and the contracts the players have. For instance, back in the days of GO all players gave 100% of their winnings to the team (because they were so poor). Nowadays with complete team sponsorship, the % of winnings really depends on whatever contract the player is playing on.

Has been posted already, PL starts on the 16th. I'm sure sure as to OSL and MSL dates, but if you look around enough, it will be there.

Another note, the OP needs to be updated, as there are now only 10 teams in PL.
