Never doubt Mind early on... he'll lose to someone better in the semi-finals at worst most likely (aka, Flash, Jaedong... that's about it).
Also: glad to see July get through and showed that it was more his to lose than Mind's to win. D:

I am watching Anytime vs Mind.
Anytime really suck at that late game. I am sure Mind's turret wasnt full up he could just recall in instead charging in the front.
had 3 base econ advantage ahead also.

This OSL is definitely starting to brighten up.
From last OSL qualified players: Flash, Stork, Bisu, Luxury
Currently qualified: GGplay, Backho, Best, NaDa, Rumble, Much, July, Mind
Of those players, the only one that 100% pisses me off being here is Backho. Casy or Jaedong would have been infinitely better. Even in the case of Savior not qualifying, we still got Best and NaDa out of that group. Hopefully Savior will find himself again during the MSL.
Mind looks awesome right now. He definitely deserved this spot more than anyone else in his group. What an awesome TvP performance.

Unfortunatly, I think July will fail to make it into the ro8, like in all of the recent leagues he has been in.

Watched Mind vs. July. It was more about Mind losing than July winning. He should've just used Casy's build, which is far better (1 factory only then the rest barracks, vs. his 2 fac and 1 barrack). Either way July made the right decision to make mutas even with only 1 gas to counter the ineffective gols/vults. If Mind wanted to use a 2 fac build he should've expanded earlier and took a second expo faster.
And just how should he have went about expanding faster?. He took his nat the second he could defend it and he moved out to his third the second he thought he had enough gollis survive a counter.
He betted everything on july going lurkling, in which case his build would have been just fine. (Note that popular oppinion is that zerg _can't_ go muta of 1 gas)
The game was julys to loose after the builds were played; 2 fact vulture vs 12 hatch 11 gas 10 pool => muta is never going to be pretty.
