Effort's form in ZvP (and in general) has been monstrous in the past few months. There's a reason he was the last pick in the nomination round.
It's entirely he beats Snow fair and square here.
Doesn't mean the matchup is not broken though.

But it's not a big deal though. People need to stop focusing on that. Just this time 12 months ago, there were 4 Ps in Ro8.
If there was no Protoss in Ro8 this time, it'd be 9 Ps in Ro8 in the last 4 seasons. 9 out of 32 spots is less than 33% but still not that bad.
Instead, focus on how they lose the games.

I agree, zvp is just bullshit. No other matchup is even close in terms of how mediocre zergs can stomp best protosses in the world.
