Good to see Protoss winning especially in a league that could have been dominated by Zerg. Bisu looked the more convincing of the two today but Best has shown he's still got his fire.

Game on Eclipse last season. BTS vs Best. BTS kept doubling down on Muta strategy even after the DA caught the first two groups. And it worked.

Best probably wouldn't make the 2nd DA if it was another Zerg, but "hey, I'm not falling for your trick again".

Crazy couple of you, how do you insult BTS. He played what he have to played (he is not at Bisu, Best's levels ) so in a normal game he has no chance. The whole person trembled after each won. Probably this moment was one if his best in his life. I am happy for Bisu,Best i like both and Queen already won ASLs so he can survived this :D

Love the results. Best grinding through four elimination games, two from big deficits, was very entertaining.

I've actually been quite impressed with BTS this season, and I think we'll see more of him.

What tends to happen, imo, is some kind of metaphysical human self fulfilling prophecy where overrepresentation leads to worse performance. It's probably something subliminal as in: "ah so many of us, I won't have to work as hard because we're so strong right now". And then they get slammed.

The fact that BTS got that close to knocking out Best and Bisu by doing variations of the hydra bust (while showing terrible control in mid and late game) isn't enough evidence for you?

bit sad because usually BTS has good control, but poor oversight and decision making in mid to late transitions. It showed today too. His oversight and decision making was poor, but this time it also lead to poor micro.
