See ggsimida, this is exactly what I said earlier about Mini. He prepares builds for series, he takes risks, he gambles. Once everything lines up for him, like 1st game vs Hero (it was a no scout build vs Zerg), it looks amazing. When a few things go into disarray, it looks pretty embarassing.

In an alternate timeline, Hero goes pool first or a scourge/burrow build that shut downs Mini's reaver play in the first game, while Rush scouts horizontal and Mini gets away with a 12 Nexus 1 Gate build and just cruises through.

3 Protoss, 3 Zerg and 2 Terrans.

I want to hear again that this game is not balanced. I feel terrans kind of need a champion though. Light right now doesn’t quite cut it. Maybe Speed or Flash can make it through in the next cycle.

SK has to be a long way ahead. Queen and Rush are prob his biggest threats left. Not sure any of the others can beat him in a bo5/7.

He owns Snow, looked a step above Light in the ro16. Best isn’t up to his level in PvZ, nor is rain. JD looked good in ro16 but iffy if he can take SK in multiple games.

Snow likely meeting Soulkey in the semifinals for the third times in a row.

It feels like every time he goes deep in ASL he faces the best player in the respective matchup at the time. Rain during his prime PvP era. Flash. Soulkey x3 during his 3(4?) peat.

Easiest bracket possible for SK, IMO. He has a good record against Rush, though of course Rush's TvZ is always a bit scary, and he's the only player with a positive eloboard record against Snow (let alone the lopsided ASL score). Rain just isn't in good enough form to win against him even if he manages to win a PvP against Snow. And he avoids the volatility of ZvZ until the finals.

A player with the builds and coragem of Mini, the macro of BeSt and micro of Snow would be an easy Bonjwa i guess. But Mini too emotional, I feel bad for him.

For what I have seen all 4 top seeds looked absolutely beast Mode. I would say JD and Soulkey are the top 2 favorites followed closely by Snow and then Queen.
