Bisu has 1 zeal and one goon at his ramp. Theres a white guy in the crowd...amazing.. July moves in with 6 lings and damages bisus goon to red health! Bisu micros well though and kills the lings without lose. July fully scouts bisu though. Sees ciatdel as bisus sair gets an overlord kill. July has a hydra den morphed.

bisu with 1 zeal 1 goon and 2 probes on his ramp, repels the first attempt by lings to break the ramp.
after probes are removed, july focuses on teh goon, forcing bisu to break the ramp and save teh goon.
4-5 lings get in, 2nd zeal comes out, and bisu micros the goon around and chases lings with zeal.

2 sairs for bisu come to july's nat and peg away at ols, as the zeal goon comes and pressures the ground forces.
July loses 3 OLs, as he must attack the ground forces and prevent them from coming into his main.
bisu warping 2 cannons, 1 above his ramp and one below.
lings run in and attakc cannon for a bit, dt out and chasing lings, july runs every time dt comes near.
another OL lost for july.

Lair started for July. Bisu has 2 sairs and is moving in with 3 zealots and agoon! Awesome timing by bisu but july Pulls drones and manages to hold. Bisus sairs got 2 ovie kills I believe though. A cannon is started at bisus nat. However 4 speed lings are in bisus base!! Oh a nicely timed dt is out and manages to reduce the damage. Bisus sairs get another ovie kill. 2 lings still alive , they get 2 probes before dieing. Bisu with 2 dts and july with 6 slow hydras.

Bisu caught with his pants down, as he was warping 2 more cannons when the hydras came. the cannosn die quickly, the hydras come into the main and bisu has to pull probes.

I don't get it. Bisu had OVER NINE THOUSAND probes. No idea why he didn't have more units, he had the minerals. Though there were like 5 cannons warping when July hit.

FBH goes with a 2 rax opening, and scouts ... err wtf is up with that routing of the scv... he kinda takes a detour, then heads to the 6 main, seeing no hatch at the nat, he hads to the 8 main.
fbh rallying his rines to the mid right away, scv sees that there's nothing at 8 nat, rines and scv go to 1 main.
shark with lings out though, chasing back the rines, FBH gathers 6 rines and repels the lings.

O_O shark with some early speedlings, picking off FBH's rines that were still lingering aroudn the mineral only area.
FBH putting up a bunker at the nat, drilling the ramp to defend against the mass lings that are coming his way. bunker goes down, fbh with about 3 rines right now, spire going up for shark.
shark tries the ramp again with his group of speedlings, firebat repels + scv.

Damn TL.net fucked up for a bit. Shark has opened 12 hatch with an extremely fast lair and ling speed. From there he massed speed lings. FBH opened with 1 rax cc at the nat. Speedlings did good damage taking out 4 marines or so but FBH defended nicely with 3 marines and a scv drill at the nat. More lings come and some nice scvs work plus a firebat eliminate the lings finally. A marine gets in and sees sharks fast spire. THe lings are back and 2 mutas are 3 mautas are hitting the terran scv line but are turned away by 5 rines and a medic. TENSE FUCKIN GAME!

Meh that's not as spetacular as I expected ~_~ Looks like just a blunder on bisu's side. I wonder how the game will turn out if those cannons were wrapped in earlier.

Speed lings return to the nat and in combination with mutas take out a good number of mnm. Shark with 5 mutas or so harassing with good damage but he has very low drone count. Shark showing nice micro though. FBH has a few turrets up at his nat. Shark has more than 5 mutas now, 8 or so it looks. He seems to be winning!

now shark has gaterhed up quite a few mutas, fbh escapes to his nat with his scvs, where he has 1 turret up and aother coming.
shark decides to just kinda sit at the raxes and kill shit that comes out.
fbh with 2 turrets up at the main mineral line now, mass reparising the turret with shark comes in for an attack.
shark manages to kill one ofthe turrets on his second try, now lings run in, raxes hav eto lift, and mutas killing the nat as well, and fbh has nothing and ggs.
shark vs july in the winners match.

mutas out now for shark, no turrets for fbh as he has been really delayed. he only has 4 rines and 1 medic too.
mutas kill a firebat at fbh\'s nat, err shark tries to kinda do this weak all-in thingy with 6 lings and his mutas and umm, well it\'s kinda ugly, now he opts for a more conventional muta harass against scvs and rines in fbh\'s main.

FBH opened fast 2 rax. Sent out his rines as they finished, 2 reaching the Z nat as 6 lings were done. He was forced back but grouped 6 rines and killed 2 lings. His scv scouted insanely fast spire so he tried to pressure with 8 rines while expoing. Speedlings burst out and flanked and killed all 8 for no losses. He was left with 3 rines on his nat so promptly started a bunker. The pressure was his mistake, his build was fine.

july got enough lings out in the time that shark ran his lings over though, shark can't do any damage.

8 lings going up purples ramp...however shark has 12 now to defend vs julys 10 pressuring. Serious ling dancing going on. Ohhhh July got served;) Shark with faster ling speed comes out and kills most of julys lings. However july has speed now and defends bt hes behind slightly.

spire up for both playhers, july continues to harass the ramp, and it looks like he is succeeding in making shark over commit on lings
july gets 2 scourge, sends them straight at an OL of shark's.
shark 2ith 2 mutas out, and right aroudn that time july breaks throught sharks' ramp, but with only 4 lings.
2 of them die to mutas and lings that chase, 2 scout around and find the 2nd hatch.

July engages sharks mutas but shark has some reenforcements july with beautiful muta micro as usual takes out all of sharks mutas. Shark has a last hurrah with lings that take out some drones but its not nearly enough. Shark with some desperation spore colonies.

bisu has to fend off a 6 marine FD with just 3 goons. 4 goons now, he did very well against that attack, repels it back to the terran main, but he let some mines go up so he cant pressure extensively either.

Sharks island expos are hail marys. Bisu has a strong advantage here but he doesn't know about them and he can't pressure shark easily because there is a total of forty billion lurkers across both fronts.

Using a lot of dragoons he pressures into Sharks central nat. Shark is like "finally defiler vs goon" and then bisu storms them. No swarms cast. Shark uses a cliff lurk vs bisu but it doesn't matter. It's all over now.

well we've not seen bisu crack under pressure yet. (although i haven't seen his games vs anytime/calm in PL playoffs.) if anything we've seen him fail when the pressure is low.
that could be an interesting explanation for his performance... a player who thrives when the stakes are high. hmm.

you people have no ideea of the amount of resurces one invests in 6 bases; you should also take in to the account that shark was fully tech-ed.
shark lost because: 1)he over-expanded; 2)really good timing from bisu (another 1 min at most and he was lost); 3) the huge distance between the second base from the mid lane and the one from the right lane where bisu striked first; 4) the dude panicked and did not re-rally his hatcheries which made him loose units unnecessary.

1, 3, 5 are ok. Some nice control but nothing spectacular. Definitely some gutsy moves. 2 and 4 were just mistakes gone worse.
I actually was at the eSports arena in Korea. The random white guy in game 1 @ around the 4 minute mark is one of my good friends. They kept showing him because he just may be the only white guy ever to react so positively to the camera at a SC game. roffle

No I am pointing out that the fact that when he beat a subpar zerg player a bunch of people were so quick to post about how godly his PvZ is when he just lost to a zerg player more his level an hour earlier. But I guess July doesn't count,since his diet primarily consists of zealots and archons.

Bisu is very good at PvZ though.
He outplayed Shark in that game. Shark wanted Bisu to play an Island style cair/reaver game by taking the middle expos quickly, overexpanded and got smacked down by many ground units.
There's no shame losing 1 game to JZ. He's always been reknowned for his strong ZvP.

I think people mean that Bisu has great macro, micro and multitasking in PvZ. He had a much smaller chance to show it in game one where he just lacked sense of danger for a bit and got killed.

nobody is invincible and nobody expects anyone to go undefeated especially in bestof1's
savior lost games to reach and nal_ra, bisu lost a game to gorush, etc. it happens. just because july won here doesn't mean bisu is somehow "quick to point out how godly his pvz is."
bisu is way ahead in pvz from every other toss, and his pvz is rightly hyped because he 3-0'd the best pvz'er in the world at the time.
