Then, he plays PvT and suicide everything hes got no matter what, no matter when, no matter where (yet he's still winning more often than not, though). Yes lol, absolutely this. I'm actually hoping his PvT gets exposed by Light, but Rain macro alone makes for a terrifying opponent.

The reason is in PvT protoss has a superior economy and his army value starts depreciating as soon as terran approaches 200/200 with 3-3 upgrades. It is better to have some unfavorable fights but still trade rather than being careful and wait for the most unfavourable fight when terrans defense is set across all bases (turrets/mines) and he has 24tanks with 3-3 upgrades.

Yup. Rain's army control and decision making is strong in all matchups. I'm not sure where the notion that his PvT control is bad is coming from. In general you need to assess the decision of the attack before the actual attack happens, not after you see it fail. Just because an attack failed doesn't mean it was an incorrect decision. Someone like Rain makes very thin calculated attacks where he might assess he's the 55-60% favorite going in, and it's not surprising he'll lose the battle 40-45% of the time. It's not suicide, it's calculated. It just happens to not work out sometimes because it's hard to predict how an engagement will go with all those mines and tank splash. It is correct to say that Rain likes to keep T's tank count low and is very active in the mid to late game, which can look chaotic and suicidal if it's not working out.

I still remember when Light lost that MSL semi-final 3-2 to Jaedong. It was great for BW (another Flash vs Jaedong final), but so rough for Light. That was almost ten years ago, incredible. Who’s the best player to never make a final (including the ASL/KSL era) now? It’s been Light forever, arguably since the Kespa era ended (and definitely after Sea made an ASL final).
