Because the tournament is licensed by Blizzard Entertainment, to organize a tournament you need to get an approval first and you must follow the Blizzard Entertainment guidelines based on the type of license given to the tournament.

I have some issue with sign for the tour. I wanted change player name but cos of my mistake i changed my id bn account to a player name , and now i cant re-assign my previous bn account.

I receives the message: your account already exists.

I sent a request for support, but I would like a quick answer because I want to participate in today's tournament.

Don't forget also to confirm your spot in the qualifier, check-in starts at 17:30 CEST. (In-case you are not able to check-in in time will not be possible to add a player to the bracket as soon the tournament starts)
