Yeah, and he would have held it easily, if he didn't lose half a dozen units to spidermines. His production that came up at that point was far superior. Flash was down to 3 tanks and half a control group of vultures. If Guemchi would have had those units from earlier he would have destroyed the push.

No, this is quite one-sided. And you aren't winning liquibet by always playing safe. Honestly, the series itself looked quite one-sided but with just a few different moves by Guemchi it could have ended in a much different way.

Guemchi looked really solid. He was ahead in each of the first three games. Just wasn't decisive enough / forgot Recall in games 1 and 2.
I bet he rewatches those games and feels a lot of regret. Hopefully this motivates him to keep practicing hard because if he plays like this more often, he can hang with anyone, at least in PvT. I bet Best was taking notes because if Best prepared some of these dirty builds and then followed it up with his late game PvT execution, look out.
Flash didn't look like he ever got comfortable or felt sharp. His play relies on getting certain details, which he rarely misses, but did today. But it can be tough to be a heavy favorite in TvP, a matchup where you know Protoss might throw anything at you.
