Why does larva play so badly in offline tournaments compared to on stream? I mean he can take games off Flash on stream but can't beat piano who's style/play has lost some steam the past half year.

It's like he hasn't spent a single thought on the map overwatch? (see 3rd hatch placement, den placement,...).

The most important matches were meh. Free played like a noob, and Mind did similar. Mind push was bad controlled unlike his usual precision. I have to comment on Mind decision to go all in but with no scvs for support, only to type gg after. At least he couldve sent one scv to scout the nat ,see what is it then go attack with what he need. Also i didnt understand why he sieged up and left his 2 tanks in the back doing nothing. Whats the point of siegeing when you have the higher number of units anyways, that is just giving time for flash to make another round of units. If he go with some scvs and havent sieged until he reach natural, it was a win. He was playing as if he didnt want to eliminate flash.

Hey there. It seems the OP has a little mistake in the results as the tiebreaker is in the spot of group C and group C in the place of group D etc.

Piano's TvZ is always fun, and larva put up a fight. That was a fun game.

BeSt on-form is always a fun watch, and Mong didn't pressure him early and got rolled.

The other two games were... poor.

EDIT: I guess Flash vs. Mind was cool, but it was just a "does the rush work?" game.

ehhhhh idk about that. PvP is pretty sick with reaver hype and storms everywhere. The more modern TvT which is low unit more micro situations are getting better though. and as usual, ZvZ is a snore fest.

I also think PvP is the worst matchup but the game we had here was pretty good though. After this, I'm confident all matchups can be awesome. But yeah, I think TvT is one of the most interesting one. Sure it can get boring but the strategies and the decisions are always interesting to follow imo.

ZvZ is everything but boring in my opinion. Almost always action packed from the beginning and the occasional hive games or >2 base games are just godly.
