Each bounce does 1/3rd of the damage of the previous bounce, so in SC2 terms: 9, 3, 1 -> 8, 2, 0.5. +1 attack would be 10, 3.3333, 1.11111 which would then go to 9, 2.3333, 0.5, meaning +1 carapace increases your effective hitpoints by more than +1 damage would do to you. | ||
