how can this group be meh if you want meh, go watch group F again

Nothing to comment on about the lagginess, but that group was pretty mediocre in terms of talent. Don't get me wrong, I love July, and failhoon can be entertaining (sometimes), but it's not like anyone should have expected fireworks from that group.
My prediction of Ro32 Group H 1 set Free > Last 2 set Mong > By.Spire 3 set Free < Mong 4 set Last < By.Spire 5 set Free] < By.Spire
1 set: Free had been showing his great performance in Circuit Breakers.
2 set: Mong is a solid terran. Sometimes he's lacking of knowledge of TvZ, but since the map is big, he has a higher chance to take By.Spire down.
3 set: Personal guess.
4 set: Everyone knows very well on FS. Here are some of my reasons. 1) He likes 2 hatchery muta all-in to guardian ling combination. 2) I want amateurs to win. Not only one side of the game and get eliminated in competition. 3) I hope the sponsors acknowledge the game scene and host more future tournaments like this.
5 set: Free seems he does not like 2 players maps. Also, very poor play against Hero in SSL S2 Ro8.

people should know the amateurs that played in this competition are not representative of the actual strength of the amateur scene. There are other numerous talented amateurs, much better than the likes of Jecowho and NaBi, that didn't want to go to the VNSL qualifiers because of whatever IRL reasons.
Other than the BBARAS guys I don't fancy any of the other amateurs in the current competition, they getting eliminated is no big deal and expected

Jecowho? what's that..? ZeLoT is a pretty good zerg. He did well in the competition if you take a look at his career. Somewhat, you are right, but you can't just under-estimate amateurs who are in Ro32. It is true that some of them had a easy bracket qualification to move into Ro32.
I really wish I can participate VNSL. I believe myself that I am above ZeLoT, QumSin(Aka: Olympus), Bale, By.Spire and so on.

Jeco is Shim DaeSung, the guy who played in July and Jaehoon's group.

??? He played correctly from my PoV. Can you be more specific why you think he doesn't know TvP?
maybe because I have obs view I can be more judgmental but he had the opportunity to take the game at least 10 minsago, I'm not sure why he was waiting and trying to starve free off instead of just finishing him off.

I'm not saying its not, I'm just confused as to why starve rather than win the game outright, yes, I have jumped the gun saying it outright that he doesn't know how to TvP.

You never commit to push all the way in TvP especially when P is already set to macro from both starting base.(11 and 1)
On the bright side, I think by.spire is only slightly worse than Mong. But seriously, something similar happened in Mong vs. Hyuk in SSL11. Hyuk basically gave up the game there, too.

err spire basically just went allin lings+muta after that last set of drones. Mong just had to defend until sci vessel come out but he overextend losing the army in the middle. mong defended really well with some sloppiness from ssal, that is basically gg. zerg has no tech and can't defend that big SK ball.
I think that was poorly handled by Mong at first but then he miraculously came back. I don't know how Mong continued getting rines out while spire parked his mutas above the barracks. The muta stack must have been smaller than I thought.

it could also be big stack but many mutas in red health. plus i think there was a misrally and mutas fly past turrets to join the stack.

Keywords are "but seriously". Not that I don't think spire could have clinched it at some point. You don't have to tell me, as a Zerg player, the limits of being overaggressive.

if you are talking about that mong vs hyuk game, its different from this one. hyuk actually had that game in the bag but literally hyukked and threw all his mutas away.
By the way, that Hyuk vs. Mong game really pissed me off. I mean, this one had some laughs in it (spire vs. Mong). But Hyuk literally threw that game away. He is tactically very good, sometimes strategically lax. But he is such a Hyukker.

Don't even remind of this. I thought he had it. Then.....
