- Post-ponements are allowed. Games have to be played up to 24 hours before the next round. Post in the thread and pm your opponent if you require a post-ponement.
- In the event of lag or disconnect, rematch. If it proves impossible to play, players will be given 1-1 score.
- Random is allowed.
- Players are allowed to change race between each week and even each game
- In the event of a week having an uneven number of players, the last player of the bracket will play no games and will be automatically given a 2-0 win score.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late without warning at least 1 hour before, the player you are supposed to play decides whether to play, post pone or take a walk-over
- Players newly joined will be posted with each other if 2 or more players sign up that week. In the event that there is 1, or 3, or 5, etc. the player will be matched against the exact middle player of the bracket. So if there is 20 players, and only you join that week, you will be put at #11 for matchup pourposes.
- Walk-overs will result in 2-0 score.
- Observing, if both players agree, and streaming are allowed.
- Standard iCCup in game rules apply. You must have antihack.
- Players will be matched up in the first round based on their score points from the following: x+z/2 . x=new ranking points ; z=old ranking points. For the old ranking, if you don' t know or remember points, half will be used. i.e. C- 3500
- If you willingly and with intentions lie about your rank, you will be banned from the tour.
- If you trow games, loose on porpouse, not show up on porpouse, to benefit another player during the tour, you will be banned from the tour. Be fair.
- Any other situation that arises will be dealt with case by case.

- backdoor and centre expansions have 2000g + 6x1248m each
other resources are standard
- natural backdoor is blocked by 4 eggs with scarab gaps (i.e. Reavers can shoot past them), 16x0m stack is visible from low ground for worker glitching
Heartbeat:
- islands have 2000g + 6x1250m
- neutral expos have 3000g
other resources are standard
Quintessence:
- central expansion has 2x2000g + (8x744+6x496)m
other resources are standard
- backdoors to mineral only expansions are blocked by 8x stacked Power Generators (800hp, repairable) with Scarab gaps and have two 4x0m stacks to allow unit glitching.

This is so awesome! I hope this tour will help community to recognize foreign maps and they will start to use them instead of looping again and again korean maps from past. Fix "Demain" to "Demian" so Hermann Hesse won't be ashamed : )

This is exactly what were trying to do here. However, i checked your iccup profile, your liquipedia page, and the latest TLC and TLPD. Numbers and results allow for a more objective view, regardless of actual skill. Since you do have won different tours and have several placements, i will bump you up to B+8000 for the first round to allow for more overall balance. The rest you will have to battle it out. Note that however in terms of ranking, for placement purposes during the tour, you will still be considered C

If you are unable to play games you will get all 1-1 score for this round. I am going to add +1 to Draw too since in the first week he tried and it was not his fault he could not play.
Tomorrow Friday 19:00 Cest is game time for round 3. I suggest you be there. For round 3 all normal rules apply.
Rules are going to change for Round 4: Show up at game time and you will play vs who is there, if you want to make points and advance in the bracket. If you don' t show up, you don' t play that week.
Sorry if this is an inconvenience for you and/or your schedule. The point of this tour is to play games and have fun, and win a headset if you get #1 place. This is hardly possible when more than 70% of games are not played.

Please try and play the game earlier next week, you have 7 whole days, it just becomes complicated to do it last minute and the next weeks matchups cannot be up and running if the results games are not played. Basically it delays everything;

To be fair, now we will have more like 4 days (assuming matchups are posted sometime in the next day). And people are going to have more trouble having a common time during the week, especially in north america vs europe matches. I don't find it realistic that the week 6 games will all be played on time (by thursday).
Just my thoughts.

Sure I will prepare my ass, for laughing it off when C rank inactive terran beats A++ active zerg.
Although in fact I have to worry you eonzerg, cause pebble did again mistake in scoring - draw vs non was 1-1, not 2-0 in favour of draw, so they should have now both 6 points and i should play vs trutacz. So close, yet so far ^_^. Train hard and maybe in next rounds you will be able to catch up me.
However, if they agree with that situation, I don't really care and I can give you some lessons.

Trutacz four times agreed to play on particular time and never showed up. Once I did even stream it and he was playing ladder games... I can only play after work and it take me a lot of effort to play at ~11 p.m. local time (which is a time he agrees to play, even though he is online much earlier), when i have to wake up on 5 a.m. I'm fed up with him. He should eat snickers cause he's playing like he was a star.

This decision is due to the fact that: Radley posted in the thread explaining before the score was set. He has played more games in the tour than anyone else.
Trutacz you are still playing Radley for week 7 so battle it out on the field.

Hey guys, under the last rule, due to the situation, i am closing officially the tournament, and announcing a score to sum up what the results are.
The running total for the tournament will be this:
1st place - Radley -
2nd place - Trutacz -
3rd place - Eonzerg -
3rd place - Draw -
3rd place - non -
6th place - Flying -
6th place - Castle
Thank you all for partecipating in the tournament, i hope you had fun in the games you played. My wish is to in the future run another tournament, surely with a more simple elimination format.
I encourage you to 1) post or pm me any feedback about what you feel about it. 2) if you wish send any replays from week 4 on, i will be collecting a replay pack and uploading whatever i have.

As you can probably tell from my previous post, I feel you should have just continued the tour, removing those who hadn't played for multiple weeks/were unresponsive. At the very least you could have skipped straight to the finals day, rather than leave it unfinished.
In any tour some % of the players who sign up will drop out or be afk. Best way to deal with that is just eliminate them and move on with the remaining players. Also I feel like while it was still active, the tour dragged on, with 1 "week" lasting 2 weeks sometimes. Its best to stick to the schedule and give walkover against those who don't follow the deadlines. Otherwise no one respects the deadline and particpants lose interest because they are waiting around for new matchups.
