Can we create a high level iccup tournament with bounties? This is how bounties work. I pledge let's say $5 to the person who can defeat the player I put a bounty on. If the person I put a bounty on wins the tournament then I pay them double the bounty.
Example scenario: I want to see DraW eliminated so I put a $5 bounty on his head. If he wins out then I owe him $10. :D
The bounty system is flexible and open to criticism as this is a new idea. Thoughts/comments?

I think that you have to cancel ranking requirements to ICCup $ tours, so everyone can play. It's better to have 40 players of all rank, than only few with good ranks on ICCup.

In this case with a single elimination bracket, the rank limit is the best way for a fair tournament.
It's also a good way to involve ppl to play more on our server, I think you all agree that ICCUP is the best place, the most suitable for non-koreans to play. The lack of games is the big problem.
We can make a lot of different things if we have some badget, so trust your ICC-bw-Administration and support us.

if thats the problem , did u consider investing some money in top5 1v1 ladder ? Also the main problem is that there is very few koreans. Adverts in fish main sait , or server using korean translatiors could be very important.

You need a solid plan that people belive in and are willing to donate for. Many individuals do this on their own, yoda f.ex I have no doubt that Face could handle a similar event regulary, if some people would voulenteer to help cast such events KogeT are usally positive to cast as long as it fits his schedule, and there are more people here who could cast/stream aswell. Its been said many things about Face, but he knows how to handle tournaments.
So we got an admin, willing to host $ events, im sure there are alot of people who can afford to chip in a small amount to get a good bw event in return. If iCCup could make something similar to defiler tour wouldnt that be great ? If you Face are willing to organize something like this, if you had the $ ( Wich i have the impression of that you have ) then you should in my opinion approach the comunity alittle diffrent. Just asking for $ for some future bw event want make people intrested at all. But if you had an idea like the one i mention above, then i would atleast be donating to that project, and i think more people will agree with me on this.
Good luck with this, and i really hope it can turn out to be something i can watch every Sunday
