Well after the draft, I think all teams are relatively even, but two teams haven't posted their official roster, so hard to know for sure. But the draft was supposed to even out the team numbers, so everyone should be within one player of each other.

Theoretically start date is:

So I think that is June 21?

When I first played I was drafted by a team, or more or less approached by all but settled on Sun Khan :X
