How are they junk posts? I was defending some players participating in the event who would feel there is an unfair and unequal skill gap from the lowest to the highest skilled player in a league as a neutral party. This is a league that wants to group players of a certain skill set to maximize the fun.
So far the only players that voiced their opinion were in the top minority of players who were questionable to play in these leagues which says a lot in itself. If the other participants and fans do not mind about the skill gap then ignore everything I said. I just felt there would be some who did not want to voice their concerns due to many reasons.
I am not taking anything away from Sync and I did not want to take anything away from this great tournament. Sync deserves much more credit than he receives and I am really thankful for all his time and effort. I just wanted to suggest something that I felt could make the league more fair and make lot of the players feel more comfortable knowing everyone has a chance to win as long as they prepare and practice.

I would not allow Julia, Southpark, Pike, and Choosy since they are big unknowns with their off races
No worry, SP is gonna lose to Julia's ultra rapetoss in the first round. So that is one less offracer :D

Arguments about rank are stupid, there were rules on the eligibility for who is capable of playing. Therefore once the list of players is made, you can't complain about it as the judge has ruled them eligible. Concern on favourites, etc: there are always going to be favourites, look at any professional league and even though they are of the same "level" they definitely are not equal in ability. To conclude, if you have complaints; don't play or train hard and overcome these deficits.
BTW if nina will stream, I will cast but I don't have a stream so I can't do it alone.

For the rankings, maybe it'll be settled and finalized later on in life, but as for the time being, it's unfortunately a bit flawed and as draW said, there will always be favorites even if everyone was literally equal skill level because of styles and/or strength and weaknesses in matchups...
For the new MOTW, the maps for this Saturday isn't changing since it's too late to change it now, so I'm just going to wait on what the maps are going to be on Sunday, since I don't want the players to wait very long to know what maps are going to be played.
For casters, I guess we somewhat have enough in me, tonight, Nina/draW and puppykiller, and hopefully Lmaster and others soon. Still, the group format is a Bo1.

i think you should msg your opponent instead. also, you are supposed to let the organizer know this fact earlier since there is only like 1 day and a half left towards the game time.

If you're going out of town and can't play, why do you need to play AFTER the designated date...?
