Sero hit B- after signing up. I was just copy-pasting what I had, I changed it to C+. He's allowed to participate this season but it will be his last. Not long ago he was like C level and I played him a few times then so I'm inclined to believe his improvement is recent. And he went 4-5 last season.
inf3cted isnt doing anything other than submitting lineups and replays. He's still banned from playing but tbh i dont have a good answer for you in this case. It might be better to give captainship to one of the players after the team has coalesced.

i dont see the problem with b- since c+ can take a game or two off of b- iccup is a horrible judgement of skill since people are either horrible or they are some what decent and lancerx has been the same rank since the beginning of iccup hes like a robot i've watched him lose to draws zerg like 5-0 when draws zerg was like c/c+ level and fold is around c/c+ level isnt he? and inf3cted is just the captain hes not playing i dont see the point in kicking people out of a community for one stupid decision.
and also i dont even see you in the crtl teams so why are you complaining ?

Wait. Genuinely curious here. What action was taken against inf3cted?
Given that he isn't actually a player that would be normally involved or playing in the league, what action could they take? Unless he got like a TL ban or something of the sort.

Why do I need to be a participant to question the integrity of the league? I am a spectator and I would like to make sure the participants will be playing in a fair league. And I'm sure I was not the only one with the same questions.
L3gendary is hosting this league of a certain skill cap to provide fun to these players just like the D Ranks Team League. If a player is already past the skill cut-off, the enjoyment of the league is lost to the other participants, thus the league loses its purpose.
Anyhow L3gendary quickly replied to the questions and clarified the situation that needed to be resolved before the league kicked off.
Concerning Inf3cted, he cheated not too long ago, screwed his team and wasted their time, never apologized, and still denies it. What could stop him from doing it again? It's not easy to catch a cheater in Brood war. Now L3gendary and his staff have to do double the work to keep an eye out for him and we will always question if his team is legitimately winning.

i don't understand why infected is in this leauge after being caught cheating, even not playing. if its only about sending in replays and submiting line ups then what does he really add to the team in the first place. but if somebody really wanted to cheat it doesn't really matter being in the team or not, so I personally don't have problems with it.
and i think the rules should change to "no b- are allowed at the moment of SIGNUP"
that should fix quite alot

Uhh, if inf3cted wanted to cheat, he could do it without being captain/coach. There are valid criticisms to his being on the team, but this is not one of them.

that's why people keep cheating... they see all that happens when they cheat is a slap on the wrist and "the community is too small anyways so don't actually punish him"
