Viv23 acts like Julia with the whining and all, but the flags are different. Julia has PL and viv23 has US. Maybe Julia went traveling. | ||

Your country of origin on iCCup is where you initially sign up your account for the first time. So either he had somebody else make the account for him from the USA or he used a proxy from the USA. | ||
