And who would be streaming? Not only would one person be required to be a designated streamer, but if games aren't postponed or played earlier, then all the games would be played at once, meaning if the designated stream decides to observe one game, every other game will be playing and/or finished by the time the designated streamer's game is done.

Just as a headsup:
I already hinted in this thread that I would like to go for DRATL Season 2 after DRTL 5, but as I graduated to C ranks stuff, I will not be commiting time to DRATL Season 2. This might seem egoist, but I do not want to organize something I cannot participate myself in.
If anyone has interest to organize DRATL Season 2, I am more than willing to contribute and help you out as much as I can (graphics, setting up stream, refereeing etc etc).
Sorry to everybody already anticipating DRATL S2.
