what is the definition of D rank for this tournament? I assume most people who are D+ hit C- from time to time, if that were me would I be eligible to play?

Apparently, it is still possible to join teams during the season.
I would also like to join a team in order to actually start playing again (more practice motivation). Just laddering against random people seems boring

Not 100% sure but I think D+ is just D+ max and anyone who hit C- graduates next season?
