Goliath drops are popular this SRT. That push from Sea did a lot of damage, so many SCVs went down, and Sea is grabbing his fourth now.

Don't activate on "floating" units. Same reason it doesn't activate on workers.

because vultures are actualy hover bikes they float over the surface.

They're hovering units, hovering units don't activate them. Workers, vultures, archons, high templar and probably a couple others that I forgot don't.
