No. The original time before all this DST crap occurred was always 2pm EST/20:00 CET. NA adjusted so that EU time never changed. Now that both timezones have adjusted, it's now back to normal 2pm EDT/20:00 CEST.

I'm pretty sure that busy lives are also the reason why the line-ups are due late. Coordinating a 5 person line-up isn't easy sometimes.

There is no "late" here really, line-up due time was 35 minutes ago, so people asking for line-ups before now were asking for the impossible and being inconsiderate --;
