None of the games that I played have ever been suspect. Only the ones I didn't play. I understand your lack of trust, however.

See I don't understand you self righteous attitude. If you never played for crtl, then there's no reason why you needed to PP. And there's no reason to make excuses about having to go to work if you never intended to play the match. So it makes perfect sense to ask if that was just another lie.

My attitude is because I said in the most recent CRTL post that I did in fact have work, and the PP was arranged not by me because like I said, I had nothing to do with CRTL/asking for PP/etc. I had absolutely NO input until Minister got caught. I made the excuse to cover my team's lie (though it was a real excuse in the confines of me playing), so I would take the full brunt of the punishment. This has all been explained. You are the one giving me an attitude, and I understand that you have a valid premise for it, but I only ask that you read what I wrote and base your accusations off that, if any.

I said that in the first post, which I admitted was a lie. Hence my stating "Reading comprehension." It was clear that my having work had nothing to do with my not playing XaXo, which was predetermined weeks ago when Minister took over my account. Hence, my job, although a fact, was merely an eloquent excuse that could have saved my teammates from further punishment.
I have said that I am ashamed, and I genuinely am. However, I also keep a clear mind of what I am guilty of: surrendering my account to another player, without having played a single game on it. I will never pretend that what I did was excusable. This does not change the fact that my performance in all DR events has been completely honest, and will continue to be honest for my last game in this league. I will not deny that Minister and I are assholes, but I do not think us to be rational. At the expense of seeming even more like I am not ashamed, let me throw the same logic back at you:
"The player I am facing admitted to allowing someone to play on his account, therefore I will not play him because he deserves to no longer play/because I suspect he will do the same thing again."
However, the counter-arguments are that 1. I never employed this tactic in DRTL or anywhere else, ever, which is verifiable by the large quantity of DR replays that are publicly available under my name. and 2. After our match, you are free to check my hotkeys, apm, IP, or whatever else you like in order to ensure the authenticity of our game. There is no RATIONAL cause for you to say that you'd forfeit our match if I am not banned, unless it is out of spite or fear.
The reason why I feel I should be able to play the last game of this league is multi-fold.
1. I have never cheated in DR. This means that I have gotten to this stage in earnest, and I welcome anyone to check my replays on that fact. SK has provided all replays from the entire season.
2. I will not be playing DR or CR any longer.
3. This is the finals, and there is but one match left to go. I do not feel it proper to punish my team, which has no more active Protosses to fill my vacancy, simply because of my indiscretion in another league.
4. I am matched against a player who hit C last season just as I have, therefore it is not an unfair task for me. If anything, you are the favored player here.
If this was an individual tournament, you bet your ass I'd hang my tail between my legs and say that I wish to remove myself from this league, even if it were the finals. However, with the hopes, effort put in, and honesty of my fellow teammates, I cannot sit idly and watch you try to dismantle our team's chances simply because of an unrelated act of dishonesty. Frankly, I was appalled at your lack of camaraderie when you said you'd forfeit the match if I wasn't banned. Maybe it was a ploy to have SynC exact justice in your favor, because you are technically innocent and therefore do not deserve to forfeit a match against a cheater. Knowing what you've attempted to do with NW forums in the past, I wouldn't be surprised. However, I feel that logically we both have valid positions in this argument, and it is simply up to administration to decide.
Like I said, I've already PM'd SynC (after Nagi's suggestion that he is the main organizer of this league now). I feel it only prudent to wait until he has had his say to determine what happens. If I am banned, so be it, I cannot argue the validity of that position. If I am not, I fully expect you to play your game against me, despite whatever taste it may leave in your mouth.

1. It's ZvP, and you're C, so you have a good chance against a C Protoss like me who is bad at PvZ, like all other lowrank P.
2. I understood what you said, and I offered you an avenue of proof. Say what you mean and follow through or admit your misgivings were misguided.
3. Our player hit B- for the first time DURING the league. If you want a parallel, it's like you signing up with D+ and hitting C during the league, and then getting banned. Oh wait...
4. Adding him back in was a pressured situation but I will not argue that I should have performed better and upon principle, here you are right.
5. Casting mistrust on any league I play is also understandable, but is also denied by lack of evidence. I invite anyone, including you, to review all of my replays, and show me an instance where there is a suspected issue with my play, personally.
6. I did not dodge. Like I said, I had full intention of playing in the league legitimately, as evidenced by my telling L3g that I was BaBo on ][-][ero, subbing in for Beggar when the time came, and then unluckily not being able to play my opponent to give substance to these words. If I were dodging "better" players, I'd be dodging you right now, but you are the one that is trying to dodge before an administrative decision.
7. Your disrespect for me (100% understandable) both your team (unforgivable) and this league (also unforgivable) has now reached a level where I am truly confused as to your intentions in saying you'd rather forfeit than play the game. Think about it logically, there are 2 scenarios:
1. I get banned. You get a free win, because we have no one to sub.
2. I don't get banned. You get a game where you are likely to win, because I did not expect to play you on this map that I am unfamiliar with, especially in a 2 player map, especially in PvZ where the walling/lack of high ground main severely limits my options. Instead you decide to give me the win instead.
How would your team feel if option 2 were to come into play? How would it affect YOUR reputation? I think that both of these questions can only be answered negatively. You are telling me that I should have thought of my DR team before I made my decision, and you are correct. However, I would like to throw that back at you and say you should think of YOUR team before you made YOUR decision. The only decision that is of value here should be the decision of RedAxis/L_Master if he is present to give comment.

Please consider your position objectively, for the potential sake of your team. Answering an argument with "Lol.." and a single-sentence response really does not present you in a good light. I will forfeit my game as well if you are allowed to play, because I don't think a league run on teamliquid should condone a cheater playing, let alone one who has been on this website for years under various accounts and then top it off by rewarding him for winning in the end and getting away with it.
You are able to find a replacement, I think we would even be accommodating enough to let one of your protoss players play twice, you're the one creating this situation, not Rauk or anyone else.
