I just wrote about situations that had place in other tours (ANW, GC, ICC CL, smaller tours). "Strange" That in most problematic situations there were Game on one side and each time someone difrend on the other...
And about me being banned - its nothig coz ive got my hand broken so I wasnt planing to play the finals.

Wait, I thought if you follow the rules, you follow them since beggining, not when the league is almost over, right? BM was presented for whole season, so i really don't understand what's going on here. Uhmm and sorry but i don't see any BM from Radley and Mazur. But if sharing a expression to others is BM then, there should be a rule about not being able to speak during the league.
Also TechnicS, you don't have to be shady, you can put my name instead of PL leader.

Pike, I don't blame on you. It's just that the case involves you. I suppose you even weren't aware about that (that we asked for favour and didn't receive it).
It doesn't matter whose decision it was. EE gave PL a HUGE favour and 1-2weeks later, when EE asked for a much smaller one - we got denied by PL (JIM vs Julia game). Not only did EE got denied, but received some shallow talks and a try for a straight up lie.

Imo, don't ban anyone because this turned into a mess on both sides and have the finals play out, but any further BM is to be punished by a warning or some form of ban.
Threats of pulling out players/teams don't seem very nice as well.
Also, in the future, when there is a conflict of interest, have someone else be an admin/judge. For example, you cannot have a player be an admin/judge to his own person, team and anything that might change the outcome, benefit or hurt his team.
I know it's hard to find admins/organizers, so you had to make this choice, but at least try to appoint someone else for the matches that directly involve Game/his team.
I'd have the rule for replays as follows:+ Show Spoiler +Have both the winner and loser send the replays right after their match. That's backup in case the replay is corrupt/bugged, or if someone doesn't have it - casters need replays, and replays are needed to solve some possible problems.
If a person doesn't send 1 replay - warning to him. If he doesn't send 2 or more at the same time, he gets 2 warnings (ie. banned from the next NW) AND his team gets a warning.
2 warnings for a person = ban from the next NW.
3 warnings for a person = ban from the next two NW, team gets a warning.
4 warnings for a person = banned for this season, team gets a warning.
2 warnings for a team, this is hard to figure out:
If it's round robin I guess -2 map (or match) points.
If it's elimination, probably -1 match point for the NW in question (if it's a tie, play out an ace match, or decide based on total wins, with playing being preferable).
It would take more effort to keep track of the warnings/bans though.
It's easy to say stuff and criticize on others, especially when there's an issue, so I apologize in advance.

I agree I really don't understand why proper warnings aren't given. Make a statement tell the player why make it public and tell the player what will happen if he makes a mistake again.
