I mean it's f***ing amazing that Flash even stablized and went to the mid game. There's so many mental notes the terran have to check off while at the same time microing rines/tanks and macroing in TvP.

Sure all of them did but if he lost to BeSt it would've been over for his team. Also think about how many people underestimate him as well, he had a lot of pressure and pulled through. Ultimately Bisu's influence over the finals was much greater than Hoejja's, since he won the ace match and the first set The KT fan in me would like to see Hoejja win it as well, but frankly speaking bisu was the most deserving winner

KT Zerg must be really pleased admist losing though, if I was coach I'd take 'em out to a really nice dinner for their performance. (I mean the team, not just the 3).

Bisu... -had no expansion -had his gateway in the middle of the map -made zealots. in the early game, making too many will just set you back. because even if you do mass up a whole bunch, they're useless because terran can build up a marine ball or just use vultures and just win. But by the time Flash actually managed to break the middle proxy Bisu had already taken his 3rd. Flash traded better than even, then pushed out several times to the proxy only to lose his gains. In the end I would say Flash traded mildly better than even on the rush. Bisu's probe might have actually won him the game with several gas steals+manner pylons.

Blaming on maps, on this on that, I love it, bring it on KT fans, we will see you again for sure and it will be as epic as this or more. If we lose, we would blame it on the maps too. I love broodwar fans. You have to admit that the map was at least slightly imbalanced for protoss in TvP.... there's a reason why terrans are scared and hence tend to avoid it..

I hope they liked what they saw and the two communities can be a little less hostile now, but maybe that's wishful thinking. At the very least when the sc2/bw merge comes into proleague they might watch and enjoy the bw games, that's good enough for me I guess.

Seriously I now hate all of you with my bones. You give little credit where it's due, to HoeJJa, Action and CrazyHydra, without which you wouldn't have stood a chance of even facing SKT in this series. All you do is complain about map imbalance, race imbalance, seed imbalance.. I'm glad the series ended up this way, with your underappreciated KT Zergs taking it to ACE and your god failing to the best multitasker/harasser that ever played this game in the most painfully cheesy way possible. Your tears are just icing in my cake. Congrats to SKT1 and KT for such a great series played. And congrats to the SKT1 for getting the championship they deserved. Ppl complain about SKT/Bisu fans all the time too since there are too many of us. People get salty all the time. Its ok, in fact it makes it even better.

Bisu not only delayed Flash's gas incredibly but he also forced Flash into tank/marine, which is not optimal against protoss in anyway Bisu opens 1 gate proxy gas steal and Flash responds by 2 rax and defends it pretty well. Flash expected bisu to expand or tech after the 1 gate and hence moved out with marines to pressure. But Bisu already had a plan for that, delayed his tech and expansion and went for 3 gates I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) before teching and expanding. Thats why Flash lost quite a few marines pressuring the proxy as he didnt expect the extra zealots. They both then expand behind it and Bisu steals Flash's gas quite a few times, delaying his tech. Bisu tries to pressure with dragoons up the ramp but is denied and soon after both settle down and Flash pushes out with marine/tank while Bisu gets a third and reaver tech. Flash manages to push into the main and deny mining, destroying the core and other stuff. But Bisu was never that far behind IMO because he had his third running for quite some time and I think in a moment of either genius/desperation, he made a ton of zealots and countered Flash and won him the game. Flash must have been kicking himself for not building vultures.
