Both should beat SKT1, (KT players playing to potential is scarrrrrrry, so is Khan) Maybe that's just my subjective fanboyism (probabillity: high) since im neutral on khan and dislike SKT.
atleast let the winner of khan vs KT win it all, please? I think the current format is unfair instead of teams who gets the highest points and wins get seeded. Rank 1 and 2 will play with each other and winners proceeds to the play off and than get seeded and 3rd and 4th will battle it out and than winner makes it to the play off . Looking at how kt has to go through cj,khan and than finally skt1 seems like one hell of a job . I wish skt1 and khan can duke it out instead of just sitting around preparing builds only to snipe kt . Like I said it's really unfair but I guess it has been a tradition for teams to play it out like this and me griping over it isn't going to change anything except ease my curious mind . Still Khan v KT will turn out to be interesting . The top two fighting it out makes less sense to me. If anything it should be 1v4 and 2v3 to be 'fair' I actually think the current format is good. KT did it last season, I'm sure they can do it again... Gives too much advantage to the teams who secured a seed in the play off rather than giving them this kind of "Comfort Zone" . The play off should have more teams pitting against each other hence in theory rank 1 and rank 2 are the best teams at the moment in play off making them suitable to pit them together and only the victor will get that final seeds . By doing this instead of KT needing to plough through so much obstacles in front of them, we get to watch the so call leaders in proleague standing show their best . It makes sense to me though from a bw and a kt fan perspective . Just like how skt1 is cheering for the opposite team of kt like CJ,Khan to smash us in the end what they are doing is merely to ensure that their team get's the easiest opponent . Win win for situation for them . Hmm.. The format has always been this way to give the regular season some hype as well. It is less interesting if teams only play it to gain points. Since so much privilege is given to the number 1 and 2 teams, teams worked MUCH harder in order to get that coveted number 1 place, which earn them an extended period of rest and preparation. I realise it's not a system that ensure that teams are given the chance to compete against each other (relatively) fairly. But it has been this way for such a long time, and it does have it's reasons and merits It's pretty funny though the meaning of work harder, Slumping teams and players who can't perform get's gobble up by better players in other teams in standard proleague round and that is called working harder ? I know it's kind of fun to see how things have been the way it is, Also tell me what is this reasons and merit you are speaking of .....
Eh i thought i provided those. More hype/competition for the regular league given the huge privilege given to the number 1 team. Teams will fight for it. Long story short: keep the regular league more competitive.
On the other hand, if you iron out the playground of the playoffs, and keep it fair for all teams. There's no point in trying for the top positions. Let's say KHAN qualifies for playoffs 5 games early. They would likely "throw" those games in order to give their rookies practice and experience.
Basically the merits for the old system is to keep the top dogs baring their fangs for as long as possible. Of course i understand where you are coming from, but that's the way it is.

:D Missed the series but wasn't expecting this!
The 3 KT Zergs + God <3
Bring on KHAN!

DIS SUCKS POOR CJ MASCOT

Hydra threw that game (or at least close to doing so). I mean, WTF. Sees sunken----> makes lings and attempts a poorly micro'd bust? 12H better econ than 12P, wait it out, make drones and get gas (he did the latter). Is this the same hydra who completely outmicro'd JD with Mutas? What will it take for CJ to start making a real run in the PO?
On another note: The economy really did not work well for Horang2. He must have killed over 1500 minerals and 500 gas with that first reaver alone.

Man alive! Hoejja is in playoff mode again. How does he do it? And more importantly why doesn't he play like this more often? Clearly he knows how...
|
|
Very good, now KT time to lose to Khan.
|
I don't really care who wins I just want Zergs to beat strong Terrans once in a while.
AND THAT HAPPENED TODAY SO I'M SATISFIED.

once again CJ disappoints.... arguably the deepest lineup in the proleague with effort returning... get beaten by Hoejja and Crazy-Hydra....
