Yeah, especially if the person is busy and is on a relatively tight schedule taking the W.O should be lame but noone should blame him.
I wouldn't even blame him for being under the opinion that he doesn't want to wait aroiund for 30 minutes, it's the other guy who's late.

quirinius and I had a deal we would play at 20:00 cet today. Then he PM's me if we could do it 19:30 which was totally fine and I agreed to by PM. quirinius subsequently doesnt show up at 19:30 so I think he may have forgotten and I wait till 20:00. quirinius still hasnt shown up and hasnt messaged me on iCCup or teamliquid at all. Really douche move man, I almost waited like 40 minutes for you after we had an agreement on a set time, also you didnt even pm me or message me on iccup you werent available at that time it would have been totally fine...

I sent him a PM asking whether he could play the day before proleague. He replied back saying that we would just play any other time, then I sent another PM asking for when he could play before Thursday this week and there has been no reply. The first PM was sent when the lineup was announced so he already knew about it before the match day. If he showed up when I said that then it's his problem. I also PMed shotcoder telling him I wouldn't be there.. You don't even know this because your players don't contact you -.-
So nope no walkover for you

I believe he has yet to sign on as Action(OD) since the 7th of April, that's your players fault not fold's.

As far as I can tell the sequence of events are:
Fold asks for PP(we even discussed this with Wallace's PP on skype)
Fold contacts Action about time
Action responds
Fold responds with times he is available
Action is nowhere to be seen
I don't think it's my player's responsibility to babysit your player too. Maybe your players shouldn't be so neglectful.
Edit: Hell I even played at 4:30 in the fucking morning for Wallace. I think Action can take 30 seconds out of his day to check for a PM.
