Should penalize those who haven't submitted lineups, and appoint a sub-captain so if the captain doesn't submit in time the sub can give it to you.

Add one wo per day that the captain is late to submit the lineup. That should spice the things up.

Also, you don't need to make the lineups pretty, just paste the mails here, you can beautify them when you get time. Just post all the lineups that both teams have submitted.

I am extremely uncomfortable with lineups being this late; although this is not a super-serious league with money on the line, aspects of team-league are still important and should be respected, such as knowing matchups beforehand and preparing for it accordingly. Of course the blame is not to L_Master but to the captains who have not sent in the lineups, or the players who aren't corresponding with their captains. I request we at least delay the match today to sometime later, or even skip this week to clarify the rules and punishments and enforce them.

If I were to play, to my opponent: can we play sometime during the weekday?

Why do you need to know the lineup so badly? You know your map for sure way beforehand, which gives you more than enough time to prepare for each mu. Try playing in gambit cup... in WL style you don't know map OR mu.

Stop whining, it's really pathetic, especially for a non-money league.

Edit: Actually, I think lineups shouldn't be given until it's game time. Same format as SPL GC except all games can be played at once. This also solves a portion of the walkover problem.

Line-Ups are in the OP if people haven't seen yet.

I'm fine if people want to play later in the week as long as their opponent agrees to it.

I'll be deciding here soon about how to deal with the line-up issue in the future. Open to suggestions whether it's penalties, line-ups submitted many weeks in advance, format change, etc.

Could race pickers specify which match up they play and could the OP could be updated accordingly ? It would be useful I think.

Because it's how the league was formatted. If that's how it was created then keep it that way unless it changes. Having and enforcing clear rules is so that no party is awkward when rules are followed as long as they are sensible.
