In other words, he intentionally did a build no one does so that the practice was 99% meaningless, and wasted my time. On top of that, he BM after losing the game. Now tell me, if this person wants to join a team league, doesn't it make sense for people to post testimonials about him so that teams are aware of his nature before signing him up? I think it does - I know that I would never want him on my team.

I pointed out a several posts ago that these are people with just as much rude bullshit in their past as me (and often more than me). This isn't about justice for them or making the community safe or something; this is about trying to make me pissed because they have a grudge.
I'm more than happy to admit I've been a dick to many of these people. In some instances I'll continue being a dick to them, as they will to me. The thing is, I'm honest about it.
