You KT fans need to relax. 3 games in and you guys are destroying your coach, whom have won with the same line-up twice in a row for Grand Finals.

His choice and plan was right. I would have done so if I was in his shoes. Both games before this, KT had issues closing other teams out because Stats and Flash was sent so early. So he saved Flash and hope KT can take it to 5th, which they SHOULD have done. It's the players whom didn't come through. If BeSt have lost to CH, would most likely have been FlaSh vs Fantasy. It didn't happen. You need 3 wins regardless, it won't matter if you sent Flash early or not if your team cannot win the 3rd one.

KT will be fine once there players heat up. It's what happened last season, so expect it.

The only reason KT made the playoffs last year was b/c of 2 rounds of Winner League where they went like 17-1. Rest of the time, ACE had a better record. KT is not making the playoffs in this format. End of story.

Shhh, remember remember round 1 2009 november

BeSt said that Sun used to play WoW! Does that mean he's going to surpass Stork? Just gotta bust out the mobile phone games then you'll be the next Kong liner!

Also lol at BeSt :

The coaching staff told me I was sent to play (and win) against a Zerg. No way that's the truth, they wouldn't send me knowing the opponent is a Zerg (laughs). I just won... somehow.

Even he knows he's meant to be a joke at vZ

There are many post that are along this vein.. So i ll just randomly pick 1.

I think most people who understand some BW and are complaining like this are just overreacting because KT is down 0-3..

Would u have preferred it if he send Mind vs BeSt? Keeping in mind he can't really predict the specific players for the specific map, he probably can only predict the Race, in which case, sending a Zerg vs a Protoss is optimal. Not to mention Hoejja is actually a vP specialist.

SKT's Ps are all very good vs Terran, i don't think Mind would have been a better choice. Wooki is well.. still new, and doesn't have much going for him in terms of result. The coach should knows their ability better from their performance in the in-house training games.

Outside of the 3rd game, i think KT got all their MUs right (well other than Bisu vZ, but i think that wasn't that bad actually, seeing as Flash said he wanted Action to face Bisu).

I'm confident that the game would have been a sick sick display of lategame zvp if bisu had prolonged the game for even 10 more minutes

I kind of disagree..

Bisu would have just rolled over and died if the game was prolonged without him doing much dmg. Action was FAR ahead economically, and Bisu's 3rd was delayed for a VERY long time.

Bisu would have needed to majorly damage Action to stay in the game (or killing him outright, like he did)..

And yea, late game ZvP is stupidly imbalanced.. Plague + crackling rape Toss like nobody's business

Late ZvP is not imbalanced. It'll only seem that way depending on how the midgame went. If P has a strong mid game Reaver Archon is very effective.

I don't know.. But it just seem like Zerg almost always go to late-game well, seeing as the window to hit w Storm before Defiler isn't very big.. Once defiler is out, a Swarm+Crack raid will pwn any of P's expansion unless he spend some major resources to lock it down (Reavers + Templars + many Cannons).

Even at late game this still applies. While Toss have the powerful Psionic Death Ball, it's rather immobile (too much protection needed for the Shuttles, so the army can't march quickly, in case of Scourge ambush).

Toss still need to either waste resources to lock down expansions or risk getting them demolished by Swarm Crack raid.

Of course once the Archon Reaver ball rolls out, Toss is in much better shape tho :3, compared to before.

Bisu with his super late third would have been rolled. Action should have fortified his chokes better

Late game ZvP depends on mid-game. If Zerg takes his 4th very fast like Action did (his 6th hatchery I think) then Protoss has almost no chance in late game. But if he stays on 3 bases until Toss take his 3rd and just then expands...Well,reavers and archons are really powerful in late game. I think that Action had no chance to defend his bases with almost no units at all. Even 10 sunkens at each base wouldn`t help.

That's not what I meant, actions lategame is stupidly good compared to his lackluster mid and earlygame
