I would like MBC to play Jaehoon/Tyson/Sea so that we actually have a chance to win this match and proceed to the next round. If not, this might be the last MBC match fans will ever watch.

Nope. The earliest you'll see him is probably next Proleague and OSL season.
And lol I got freaked out by the polls too
I think that today will be a rookie fest, so I hope to see MBC's rookies finally living up to their hype~
are you sure?
because I don't really see whats holding him back other than the roster list which I'm pretty sure hasn't been released for this month.
I'm not 100% sure, but iirc, I think that KeSPA will allow him to regain his progamer license around the end of August, and the 27th is the STX Cup finals, so I don't really see him be able to participate this month. I guess there's a sliiiiight chance if he gets his license back early or something, but I wouldn't really count on it.

You didn't miss anything, really.2 terrible games and thats it Get ready for Jaehoon instead!
That makes me feel a bit better, though I'm hanging out for BW atm. During the SPL season you kinda get into a rhythm of so many games per week. Feels like forever b/w games atm.
BTW, if my latest attempt at BM in the SPL GF thread doesn't get at least one bite from KT fans, then I give up

Well Jaehoon is said to have the force of Bisu in the practice house. I have high hopes for Jaehoon next season. He's not a rookie but he seems to have the hunger of a rookie player lately.

I feel like positional imbalance pretty much decided that one. They played at about the same (high) level, but Horang2's easy access to Jaehoon's probes gave him an increasingly large economic lead as the game went on.

Jaehoon also defended the drops pretty poorly. Especially the last one where a single high templar had a minute to get three storms off...

Jaehoon could have just as easily dropped behind horang2's main mineral line. Except horang2 was better at defending drops.

Yeah, that was bad. In particular, I was puzzled by his decision to send his goons around to the other side of the high ground when he scouted Horang2 trying to drop there instead of just putting them up against the wall, where they would have traded shots with and eventually killed the Dragoons that Horang2 dropped. Oh well.

In a long PvP, easy access to all three expansions is way more important than the main mineral line. Horang2 just had to camp goons along the outer edge of his base until he transferred most of the probes away and then he was home free.

They were there to prevent more shuttle drops. And high ground has a huge advantage in BW if you didn't know.

Yes, thank you, I'm familiar with the high ground advantage. A shuttle can hold two dragoons. Jaehoon had more than that and the ability to cycle injured ones away. Prioritizing preventing more drops over cleaning up the current one is a bad idea when you have mining stopped on half your mineral patches and your Assimilator for about two minutes.

I think it'd be funny if LG had a progaming team; I always wondered why they never formed one, especially with Samsung having one. Another team rivalry can form! Plus the possibility of pink uniforms, heheh...

Korean Air would likely sponsor Fox over MBC since Cho Hyun Min is a Fox fan.

The rumors have been growing strong about Korean Air taking over as FOX's main sponsor... I wouldn't be surprised at all if it really happened.

I think it's quite likely. But then 9 teams in the PL would be really awkward so hopefully Kespa can help find a sponsor for HERO too.

Oz could use a good Protoss ^^(we have rookies but we need a solid toss).

True. But Oz is a bit cash-strapped so they may just go for a rookie like they did at the Estro draft.
I don't think Jaehoon would have a problem adjusting wherever he goes. He has friends in many teams.

Stars maybe?Although the big 3 can't be cheap to pay, and I'd think Light would really like that aswell.
I agree with the recommendations. Horang2 vs. Sea was fun to watch for me though, if only for H2's macro (yes, I meant that - his macro is entertaining to watch).
Watching Horang2's games, I really feel as though his macro is better than Best's. It's a lot more explosive. Very fun to watch. Almost makes protoss macro almost look imba! Must say that overall Best is better at PvT though, when he decides to stop losing to scrubs and play every game as if he's playing against Flash.
More protoss should strive to emulate H2 and Best's macro imo.
Regarding MBC - I sincerely hope they do not disband. Though I can't say that they're one of my favourite teams, I've got a soft spot for them (esp. after watching Hyungjoon). Hope they continue on as a team. MBC hwaiting!

I feel that Horang2 is more of an explosive burst of macro, whereas Best isn't a burst but just a sheer crapload of units pouring out of 40 gates after he takes 4~5 expos. Best and Horang2 are both amazing at probe management and expo timings. In the games I watched, Horang2 usually starts to get 20+ gateways after taking a third and starting a 4th, making an explosive burst of units to kill or cripple the enemy then secure his other expos where I see Best getting 5 expos then getting 40 gateways, breaking siege lines.
