Lmao everyone dissing on Stats when he has winning records over Bisu Best AND Fantasy, 4th best PL record, took out protoss killer Zero (who Stats also has a big winning record over) and took down another ZvP killer Hydra to pretty much seal KT's place in the finals...

Stats obviously isn't the best player ever but I'm confident he's beating any non Z SKT player. Especially over your ace Bisu...

Stats' fourth most wins in SL+PL (which I thought was weird to go with that sample. I don't understand why WL is included if MSL/OSL are not but whatever) is a lot less impressive when you consider that he had the most games of any progamer (tied with flash). Just because KT doesn't have anyone else to send out doesn't make him good.

Why shouldn't WL be included? The wins in WL also count towards the team's ranking in SPL. It's still the same league, albeit with a different name and format. Why should wins in WL be discredited? If anything it makes Stats' achievements all the more impressive because WL favours raw skill which he showed he has plenty of.

The point was that I understand if you want to look at only standard PL, because that is the format that will be played, and if someone is particularity good/bad at it, it is relevant. I understand if you want to include everything, because a win is a win and a progamer is a progamer, and the bigger sample size will show a clearer picture.

If you look at just normal PL, stats isn't anywhere close to the top. If you look at all games, he isn't anywhere close to the top. Even if you only look at WL He still isn't top 4. Why are we looking at the particular combination of games that makes him look the absolute best possible? Because they share the same over-arching name?

But does that make him the 4th best player in Proleague right now like someone said? I doubt it... I must admit, Stats does do very very well and his top play is insane... but he's not at his top always and his average play is, in my humble opinion, not as good as the top SKT players... He might just step it up each time he plays an SKT player (which is really great for him) but his average play, I would say, isn't as good~

Hahaha.. Clearly the reason there can be so much argument about Stats is that he has his moments of brillance, but also periods of mediocrity.. The fans who remember his high will still think his good, but the others (haters?) will be more inclined to look at his recent mediocrity and think that he sucks.
