You could do dedicated esports server to solve the problem once and for all.. domain name10 bucks, then cheap host cos not much bandwidth, pvpgn connected to small php+sql backbone, shouldnt be too difficult to do. If Iccup doesnt want esports on their server then imo time to pack up and move. at some point the costs of trying to feed the cancer exceed the benefits. so cut the cancer off, let it fend for itself. For esports.

Regardless of what is said, LRM)Game is still the main organizer of this tournament, I know it, you know it, everyone does. You can't just give away all the work he has put into this tournament crediting someone else and even if you do, we all know who the man behind it is. I'm quite disappointed in the judgement behind this... Words escape me. This is not said out of bias, I know all the work iCCup puts in to keep the server up and running, however that doesn't give them the right to discredit the work of an equally hard working member of the community just over a personal grudge. BM and trolling is everywhere in sports and e-sports, don't take it personally.

Edit: I'll probably post a blog when I'm not so angry. Kept the words in this post calm, but wouldn't be able to write out all my thoughts as so ^^.

This doesn't help the community at all, you guys should've just organized something before these threads are even overrun on TL.net. ICCup administration needs to be more lenient and cooperative, Game needs to be more professional and appropriate to those who can mess with his planning. Should just let him run the tour under some agreement, we all make mistakes but if neither side is willing to be mature then we will be in some middle eastern deadlock war for the end of time with this community.

I was gonna volunteer for the interviews, but it seems it's covered. I'll have to be content with casting. Umm, this raises the question for me- who will I be contacting for replays? I don't cast live, I cast from replays only.

Also, IMO, if ICCup is gonna have so much reign over this tourney, the least the could do is publicise the hell out of it. On the gaming server, on the website, and anywhere else possible. They have a responsibility to do this, after kicking the extremely able Game off the project.

If it is not well publicised, I will be very unhappy as a sponsor. I will also be PMing Paladin.

Regardless of iCCup's views on this situation, I will me making intro/hype vids for this tournament, as always alongside Dan.

Few weeks ago, when I heard of ISL2 (secretly), I started coming up with ideas for the intro/hype videos. I don't know if they will be good as last time's, but certainly I'm going to try my best.

I just want one thing added (repeating):

Top 16 players must submit a full body photo (with a nice pose)

Also, if all goes well..... I'll announce this later if it works out. ^^*

Also, would it be weird if I did some casts of any cool ladder stage replays I could find? I will trawl through top players' matchlists and PM them for reps- wouldn't go plastering their strats everywhere without permission lol.

Been having PC problems, anyone near Ottawa want to goto a PC Cafe for ladder stages with me :D? Since I will definitely go for top seed position we can make a few trips out of it... Also, will we know maps in advance for group stages?
