It's not much consolation but WMF really stepped up today. They fell just short, but it's not very often that a side beats FBB like that.

lol wooki already knew that Bisu had expanded, scouted the mining probe w/ his scouting probe before it died

Wooki played it fine from a build disadvantage, he just kinda.. really fucked up the Reaver micro lol

That's "nothing". This one time in WL, SKT was down 1-3 vs STX, then they sent out Canata and he won them the match.

Yeah but that was in 2009 when Canata wasn't bad at all.
Hell, he could even have won Avalon MSL (he lost 2-3 vs JD in ro8 only because JD took a ninja expo, then he would have met a Clam who wasn't great at ZvT, and then a cheesy pikachu, so given how well he played against JD, I'm sure he would have beaten both of them)

Calm was quite good in 2009.

Pretty sure he would have lost against Kwanro... who.. you know, beat Flash and Iris...

when he scouted the probe mining from the nat he should've attacked immediately or near immediately after gathering another round of forces. The only explanation for his actions is that he might have been afraid of DT-expand - he was keeping his first obs with his army, but had he checked how many minerals were in the patch (probably didn't in the brief moment he had) he would have known that the expansion was too early for that.

If I were complaining, I would say "OMFG y u pplz have bad taste n hate da SKT games" rather than call it a fun fact.

that scouting probe saw it much after the first obs came out im pretty sure...so by then it was way too late.
his attack was also half hearted...making him lose his reavers because he wasnt sure whether to back or to attack and he just got caught out of position in the middle

Canata was pretty shaky even back then.

I thought it was a fun fact. Like this one....

Fun fact: Bisu has 61 wins, just won the ace match, and sent skt to Shanghai!

Yeah I was just talked about MSL, but I was mainly replying to the discussion that Canata doing a 3 kill against STX at the period he played quite well, was less surprising that seeing FBB losing at the same time while s2/soo/Sun all winning their game.

Anyway, this is an awesome day to be a SKT fan.

Congrats to Roro who showed brilliant play today, and proved he wasn't (at least once) Bisu's bitch.

Still for Canata bitter fans like me haha :
+ Show Spoiler +

(c'mon JD was destroying terrans in every series in 2009, he crushed Light, Fantasy twice in OSL, Hwasin in WCG, and Flash at the power outage, yet, seeing how well Canata was playing he had to try a very ballsy and risky ninja expo)

bisu won when it mattered the most ^_^ I hope the last couple of pvz slips are not going to have a big impact on his mindset, he really has no issues with the matchup

I close it when FBB all lost and it was 3-0...well shit, never thought I'd see the day where SKT still wins anyway. Grats to Sun/SKTzergs for pulling through under pressure.

Proleague Fantasy keeps not delivering. I miss Bo5 Starleague Fantasy and Playoffs Fantasy, and I don't think I'll see either for awhile.

I am disappointed. It seemed for a moment that the universe was going to balance itself out a little, but then WMF collapsed :/

I leave just after Sun channeled his inner-Best and lolmacroed Baby. I come back to see SKT won!!!!

God I was so nervous when FBB lost consecutively but it's so great to see the other players pick up the slack and carry the team
