To be fair, at least Flash had to bust out the 14CC and the fancy timing attacks to beat Jaedong. Against Hydra it looks like he just said "I wonder if I can beat this guy without showing any of my good cards" and it was a piece of cake for him. I don't think Flash would 3:0 Jaedong if they were both playing dead standard every game.
I've seen Hydra's ZvT look a lot better than this. I think he started out nervous and got more rattled by each loss, whereas Flash was just doing his old machine-of-death thing. Hydra's ZvT isn't spectacular but it's usually better than what we saw today IMO.

Uh, Flash did pull out tricks in his series against Hydra. He deviated from his usual play in all three games.

watching this series has proved to me one thing:
hydra's multitasking is shit. when given only one thing to focus one (eg. muta micro) then he excels, but when under tight conditions, this guy just collapses.

Zero will fall just as quickly, I think. Flash has gotten complacent, but even in complacency he will defeat Zero.
Has anyone noticed that Flash gained at least 10 pounds? He should really be burning those calories through thinking about FvJ. -_-
Though I must add that obesity has nothing to do with StarCraft ability. After all, July is probably the biggest progamer of all who was able to attain such corpulence through an Asian diet.

Hopefully Zero vs Flash is more competitive. I don't want to end this MSL thinking "only JD could have beaten flash" which would just make his loss more bitter for me and many others. Zero fighting!
