Oh the decisions aren't random. If anything, WeMade anticipated Protoss to snipe Baby/Mind and send out Pure and trust in his PvP. The fault lies in that Pure sucks.
I believe this is what happened too, maybe the coach wanted to put some faith in Pure. He just... didn't deliver. But honestly, if he wants to build Pure's skills/confidence/momentum back up again it shouldn't be in the ace match.
I was really anticipating Mind/Baby to be sent out regardless of map, like how KT is with Flash, the best player is always sent to finish the job.

Pure is slumping harder than Jangbi.
Last 30 games:
Pure: 6wins 24 losses
Jangbi: 8wins 22 losses
Send Mind/Baby/Shine. Just checked the stats - Shine is 2-8 in his last 10 vP games. That makes me sad because he could go head to head with Bisu & Stork and still play aggressive games with confidence. Zero has definitely taken his place now

Nah Jangbi is slumping harder cause he's a much better player.
Players like Juni and Hoejja don't slump they just suck.

I must commend Pure, though, for not having a fantasy gg timing. That was one of the worst build order losses I've ever seen in terms of how hard Horang2's build countered Pure's.

I can't believe my eyes. First we see Roro losing to Snow at his own request. Then Midas overexpanding, and the most idiotic move - send Pure to Ace match. OMG That guy is so terrbile that he should be moved to Team B.
Anyway all matches except the last one were exciting. Especially Midas vs Movie.
