Haha its funny that the Hype section is about calm only (I know its because the fanta hype wasn't finished), while the writer is an SKT fan

Stork I could forgive. Hogil I could forgive even though it's god awful with good results elsewhere, same with vs Hiya. But the fact that he lost to Bisu, Stork twice, Light twice, Hydra(1-1 in this case), and Zero this season is certainly reason for concern. I mean, he would've lost to a better terran in both games against Midas and his best win is a kinda sloppy game against Baby.
Losing to Ssak, Classic, and Hyuk on 2 days is a fluke. Losing to all of the top players you play and continuously showing bad decision-making is not. That is called a problem with gameplay.
I can't say whether or not Modesty is better, but you can't deny that JD hasn't been himself ever since Bigfile. He should have lost in his series against Stork, he got outplayed badly against Flash, hasn't been a reliable ace, and dropped out of a pretty easy OSL group(Hiya, Calm, Hogil is no group of death).
Is it really not apparent that Jaedong hasn't been himself recently? If not, what would make you accept that he's doing far worse than he should be?

JD doing god awfully? Apparently losing to Stork and Bisu makes you awful 
EDIT: Read your reply...yep, he's not bonjwa caliber atm, but he does have flashes of his former self (I thought the Baby vs. JD ace match was a good example of this)

Give the guy a break, it's not like he's ever been in god mode like Flash and had a 85% winrate. Since the start of PL 2010-2011, Jaedong is at a 73.53% winrate (25/9) in all leagues vs. all of 2010's 69.68% (108-47).
We've just come to expect so much from Flash and Jaedong that when they drop 1 or 2 leagues or a few games against "lesser" players they suddenly "suck". They're still better than everybody else, except maybe Stork and Bisu. TaekBangLeessang is definitely alive again after the Leessang Rok of the last year.
Losing single games is kind of JD's thing, he just rapes people in BoX matches instead. Just take a look at his record, hardly any single match victories against good vZ'ers.

I think you just have such high expectations for him.
in 2011 his only loss is to Stork . Dropping a couple games here and there is human, taking JD in a bo5 or 7 is something rarely accomplished
anyhow, let's stay on topic here-
hoping for some brutal games in the calm vs fanta series, and hoping they lose in the finals to whomever they face

Jaedong hasn't changed that much really. He still crushes everyone at ZvZ, he smashes basically every terran than isn't Flash in ZvT, and he smashes every protoss except Stork at PvZ. None of these things have ever changed, he's losing more often against Stork (and Bisu but that's literally a single game) simply because times are changing and protoss players are adjusting better to what worked for zergs for a loooong time.
