Hero didn't exactly put up his a-game, but I don't think the game itself was anything less than a fair, long and even TvZ. I mean, there's the high level good game even, and then there's the watching your two D- friends play lan even. There's no question on which side game 2 is closer to. And I'm not sure what was excellent or even special about Mind's mine play, he just put down a lot of mines and watched hero continuously suicide stuff into it.

That was a fairly even game, lots of "moments", lots of cool stuff, and it went on for a while. Awesome game. People bitch about JvF finals too, it's just a fact of life that someone will bitch about anything

Hero brought his z-game at best. stfu, i mean jezuz z-game is sc noob, that's where everybody starts from that game was far from bad in the hyuk/killer/canata/jaehoon/rock choke-sense. the game inevitable got to that point and both players tried very hard to break the balance, hence the slugfest. both players demonstrated good offense and defense through out that huge stamina-draining game.

I find that a game between two hard working players where it is obvious that they are trying their best always has some merit to it, regardless of their skill level. I do admit I am a sucker for that biomech valkyre play, though. As for the mines; mech TvZ is all about strategic positioning and multitasking. The fact that Mind was able to keep up his play and place mines correctly is what makes it impressive. Many Terrans fail to keep up this aspect of their play during the late game.
