Such a cowarldy play by Flash in the MSL finals, to play 14cc when JD had prepared for 1rax FE :/

Such a cowarldy play by lgd-haze in this thread, to post new entry when everybody expected edit!
j/k
Edit: Seriously, it was kind of stupid decision by KT coach. I don't believe Flash could train properly for two matches so soon after the finals. Especially considering it's like month when he last played against terran or on the ace match map. Gratz to Oz though, Hiya played very well.

Man why does everyone have to get so offended in LR threads. I can't speak for everyone but when Hiya came out and I said "JD dodging obviously" I was 100% joking around. I don't think anyone legitimately thinks JD would ever dodge... I just think it's a little bit funny when everyone takes it so seriously and starts lashing out at "KT fanbois" when I'm sure 70%+ were just having some fun...

Gratz to Oz though, Hiya played very well. No reason not to, Flash has nothing left to do, he won't have any MSL/OSL because he's seeded, meaning he needs to help his team.

im with you on this, i dont see how people can get so animated over your comment and make a reply about flash fans

I actually sincerly think JD dodged. I don't think he feels 100% confident to play vs Flash right now.

dang.. so pro's dodge too, just like us!

Yeah, that's what you're disappointed about. That, and nothing else. I am of course disappointed by the fact that Flash lost as well, but that is quite easy to overlook considering what he has accomplished recently. But it is very disappointing that Oz didn't send JD for ace, especially since the MSL games didn't live up to the expectations in terms of quality (only one player delivered good games). Polaris is not a zerg-favored map in general so it's quite logical to send out a non-zerg, look at the stats: Polaris Rhapsody 폴라리스 랩소디 Size: 96x128 Spots: 5, 11 Tileset: Twilight Games played: 77 Race Stats (non-mirrors): TvZ: 3-6 (33.3%) [ Games ] ZvP: 5-5 (50%) [ Games ] PvT: 16-10 (61.5%) [ Games ] Mirrors: 15 TvT | 4 ZvZ | 13 PvP Anyway, whatever makes you feel better about the loss... Jaedong on a non-zerg favored map should still be a much safer bet than Hiya. Having said that, the stats given above looks pretty good for zergs actually. It could be that Jaedong has not overcome his loss in the MSL final yet, and facing Flash again after couple of days might not be the best idea.
Dude, you're missing the fact that there have been 15 TvTs, 13 PvPs and only 4 ZvZs. The fact that the managers are avoiding sending out zergs says it all. I'll say it again- on this map sending out a zerg is not a wise idea; particularly when you know KT has such a high-quality terran player. The JD-haters keep conveniently forgetting that the coaches are out to win games- not amuse fans.

Tomatriedes, you don't think the 3-0 last weekend had anything to do with JD not getting sent out?

Everything has to do with it.
Of course if JD 3-0 Flash there would be more chances of JD going out. The coach has to consider everything.
But that doesn't mean JD dodged.

KT Fans are pissed that Flash couldn't dodge Hiya.

Brilliant move by the coach to put Hiya out there.
I don't think Jaedong is ready to face Flash again (no matter how much he might have wanted to), and to have him lose again in PL after the beating he took in the MSL would only hurt him more in the long run. Jaedong honestly needs a break to get his confidence back and another loss to Flash (which I legitimately think would happen) could break him. Anyways, it's all about Oz making top 6 at this point. Hiya had no pressure at all so it was the smart move to put him out there; he has the potential to take Flash out especially since Flash was not expecting to play Terran.
Jaedong probably wanted to play, but in the interest of the team he has to set personal vendettas aside. If it were up to him (which it wasn't), I think even he would have agreed that putting Hiya out would have been the smarter move.

epic dodge. Flash vs Jaedong rematch would've been epic
